NEW GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES

If you are a new home buyer in the Territory, there are a range of Government incentives and grants you can take advantage of.
See below the new HomeGrown Territory Grants.
| First home buyer - Building or buying a new home* |
The HomeGrown Territory Grant offers $50,000 for first-home buyers to put towards building their first home. |
| Existing home owners - Building or buying a new home* |
The FreshStart New Home Grant offers $30,000 to purchase a new home or to build a new home. It is available to applicants who are not first-home buyers. |
