Pushing ahead

The Land Development Corporation has been issued a Development Permit by the Development Consent Authority in order to progress with Stage 2 of Kilgariff Estate.

Stage 2 will provide a further 87 residential lots for sale to add to the existing 80 lots SOLD OUT in Stage 1. The Land Development Corporation will ensure the Alice Springs community has access to land offering a diverse range of housing options and land sizes through design, innovation and sustainability.

As we progress with works on the development of Stage 2, we have issued a Future Tender Opportunity to complete the civil works for Stage 2A to the value of $5M – $10M. This is an open public tender expected to be released in November 2020, to target construction commencement in early to mid 2021.

Works will include the excavation, infrastructure servicing, and drain and road construction to support the development of residential lots and public open space within Stage 2A.
