Traditional Lots

The next release of Kilgariff Estate will provide the Alice Springs community with 38 Traditional Lots ranging in size from 760m² to 920m².

Traditional Lots are expected to be available for sale “off-the-plan” once subdivision works commence in April 2021. This will provide greater certainty to purchasers on the cost and timelines to deliver the land. Subdivision works are scheduled for completion by the end of 2021.

The Traditional Lots are suited to purchasers looking to build their dream home, with design guidelines in place to ensure a contemporary community, set in a natural environment.

The balance of Stage 2 comprising 31 Traditional Lots has planning approved and will be delivered to meet demand.
