New Park Coming Soon

Residents of Kilgariff Estate in Alice Springs can expect to see a new recreational park starting construction early 2018.
Concept design for the park is currently underway and includes elements that complement the natural surroundings of Alice Springs.
The Kilgariff Facebook Page engaged current community members by asking them what they would like to include in the new park. Bike paths, shade and grassed areas were the most popular requests and the design aims to encompass these features.
The Corporation is currently liaising with local council on the park design and we expect this process will be completed in the coming weeks before tenders for construction are released.
