Kilgariff Stage 2

The Land Development Corporation is excited to bring Stage 2 of Kilgariff Estate to the Alice Springs Community.

Stage 2 will see the creation of 87 new residential lots and will be located to the south of Stage 1 of the Estate.

The subdivision layout aims to make Kilgariff accessible for a greater mix of people. This will be achieved by offering single dwelling lots consistent to those found within Stage 1, smaller lot product and multiple dwelling lots.

The Kilgariff stage 2 subdivision application was advertised for public exhibition from 17 – 31 July 2020. We thank everyone who took the time to review and provide comments on our submission.

The application is proposed to be considered by the Development Consent Authority in September 2020, in the meantime LDC will be progressing engineering to preliminary design.

Lot pricing will be released in late 2020 following the planning and design approval process.
