Home Buyer Incentives

First home buyers building or buying a new home may be eligible for up to $48,000 in government assistance, increasing to $50,601 from 7 May.

Territory buyers or builders of new homes that have not owned a home in the NT for the past 2 years may be eligible for up to $38,601. The 2 year period may be waived for divorcees.

Current Territory home owners buying or building a new home may be eligible for up to $20,000.
